How can Vodafone increase the activation ratio of current users of the Vodafone Wallet?

Background
Vodafone introduced their Android app Wallet which is a digital version of a leather wallet. Customers can add all their credit and debit cards, plus their PayPal account, for fast and secure, contactless payments. Loyalty cards and tickets can also be used through Wallet. We would like to increase usage of the Wallet app, for example by reminding current users of the benefits of Wallet at relevant moments via different touchpoints.
